JetBrains has said that it
might
show turn up as an IntelliJ plugin for Ultimate subscribers, but they're focusing on making it a great stand-alone product, and they're not promising any plugin version.
Similarly, AppCode is not available as a plugin.

AppCode is also built for OSX only though.
