I don't think anyone cares so much which languages you use as long as everything is certified. Since certification costs a ton of money, people would generally use languages which already have certified compilers, runtimes, libraries, tools, OSes etc as it would be cheaper than getting a different language toolchain certified. This seems to mean C and maybe still some Ada.
