There's almost certainly Apple engineers looking at this thread, but I'm not confident on their ability to change anything meaningful or talk about what the situation looks like internally.
At the very least they could mention that there is an internal process going on to improve docs. the fact that there haven't been any is an indication of a growing trend at apple going the same way as Samsung/Sony - "who cares about devs?"
