To use current Top AI SaaS models for coding, the users have to write text prompts. There is clear difference of result by programmer and non-programmer.

Image and music generation have exactly same skill gap.

So most human don't directly use AI even if it's available to all 8 billion population.

But I really doubt we will have such all humans use AI.

I saw my ex-coworker tried to inflate text that can be expressed in couple of bullet points text. It doesn't add anything. It just fill the fancy flavour text that looks like professional. Then the reader of that inflated text is also another coworker in other team.

It's not quite the same thing since the same cookie used for login (doesn't require consent) could be used for tracking (requires consent). But also, basically nobody cares.

"Cookie banner" is a colloquial name; not a technically accurate description of what the banners are for.

GDPR is not about cookies; it is about tracking. Whether the tracking is done through cookies or through other means makes absolutely no difference.

You can prevent some tracking via your browser, but definitely not all of it.

ICU costs are quite high in general, often 3-4x a regular bed, and about 5k USD average in countries such as Canada and the UK.

Lately, 9 out of 10 times i click on a github link to access the repo for $random_project_hosted_on_github I get a page saying that I've been rate limited. Even if it's my first click on a github link for the week.
